I try to do an FPGA auto-boot from the SD card. The evaluation board is ZCU102.
I have downloaded the BOOT.BIN and image.ub from the website
I "copy" the BOOT.bin, image.ub, and bit file(fpga_top.bit) onto the SD card.
And set SW6 switches to "boot from SD" 4:1 1,1,1,0
After a power-cycle, the INIT_B is green, but it looks like the bit file isn't programmed into the device.
I check the below link, it seems I need to install the petaLinux tools to create the bin file of the bitstream(fpga_top.bit), is it right?
I think I can skip the step "Follow the commands below to build the image:" and only do
"Build the bin file:.." & "Create the bin file of the bistream.."
Please correct me if I am wrong.

About booting messages on the serial console, do you mean check the messages on the Vivaso design suite?
Right now the system is occupied by another team, I can't access it.
Based on my previous description, I think the boot from SD should be OK since the INIT_B is green.
My fundamental question is more like "how to make the bitstream file programmed into the FPGA device within the boot from SD flow".
It looks to me it needs to create a "bin" file for the bitstream file, instead of using the original bitstream file, right?
BTW, can you send me the pointer about Booting ZCU-102 from the SD Card reference doc?
