How to get a PetaLinux Base License?

I am trying to get a PetaLinux base license.

 

From the page http://www.xilinx.com/tools/petalinux-license.htm

I click on the "Get Base License" link.  I am forced to sign on, and redirected to the "Product Licensing" page.  The only licenses that I have are:

 

Vivado Design Suite (includes ISE): 30-Day Evaluation, Node-Locked License
Vivado HLS Evaluation License
Vivado Design Suite (includes ISE): WebPACK License

 

Am I missing something?

Hi,

 

Did you generate petalinux base license from this account earlier? If yes, you may find it in "Manage license" tab.

I have the same question. And I never generate petalinux base license before. And it is not in the manage license tab.

Deepika, the only licenses in my "Manage Licenses" tab are the Vivado licenses I listed in my first post

I'm also in the same position - emailed Xilinx support - their response was not helpful.

Has this been solved?

 

I would like to get a PetaLinux Base License.

 

I tried clicking a link in the legacy tab "If you have questions or need help, please contact Software Customer Service for assistance."  and get Server not found (www.dev.xilinx.com)

An automated repsonse was sent immediately. It was not very helpful (Note the last line)
