Intermittent hang in Linux boot after "Freeing unused kernel memory" on Zynq 7015

Hi,

 

I have boot up problem, I use Petalinux 2014.4 and 95% of the time the boot works just fine. However sometimes it hangs just after the freeing unused kernel memory message. That message is always fine but the next line is always corrupt. Any ideas as to how to debug and fix?

I don't think it is power supply, the fail is always at the same point several seconds after power up.

I have taken out the SD card device from the boot by disabling it in the device tree. No hang up so it is SD card related.
