I'm using ZCU106 (newer version) and Vivado 2019.2.
I tried the prebuilt ZCU106 BSP following the tutorial https://www.xilinx.com/support/documentation/sw_manuals/petalinux2013_10/ug977-petalinux-getting-started.pdf.
1. Downloaded Xilinx-zcu106-v2019.2-final.bsp
2. petaLinux-create -t project -s ./xilinx-zcu106-v2019.2-final.bsp
3. PetaLinux-boot --jtag --prebuilt 3
Then half an hour passed, the output still shows:
