Hi Senna

Does the boot succeeds without this patch?

What does the patch consists of and also may I know the petalinux version being used?

Best Regards

Shabbir

Hi Senna

May I know what is that you are trying to change in your patch, I mean your requirement?

Hi @shabbirk,

What you mean by requirement?

This is what I am trying to achieve:

The Zynq SoC is not connected to an Ethernet physical. Instead it uses an Ethernet switch as the 5 physical. Unfortunately this means, since the MDIO bus is not connected, that the Linux kernel cannot detect a physical, which is normally done via the MDIO bus.

Greetings :)

Anybody have some more suggestions? I tested when I only add a printf to the phy_fixed.c instead of all that extra code it doesn't boot either. I don't know what to do..
