Linux Kernel driver difference between "xilinx_drm_drv.c" and "xlnx_drv.c"

Dear Team,

We are using PetaLinux 2019.2 package for our development and 7EV SoC based custom platform.

In Linux kernel source code, we could find the DRM driver files in below paths.

~/drivers/gpu/drm/xilinx/xilinx_drm_drv.c

~/drivers/gpu/drm/xlnx/xlnx_drv.c

We could understand that, both files are doing the same DRM functionality.

We would like to know the difference between above two driver files. In which case, one should use, xilinx_drm_drv.c driver and when xlnx_drv.c driver has to be used.

Similarly, we could find some drivers under "~/drivers/gpu/drm/xilinx/" path and some drivers under "~/drivers/gpu/drm/xlnx/" path (such as Display port driver & FB driver).
Could you please provide the information about the both folder difference.

Thanks in Advance.

Thanks and Regards,

Ansari
