MB OSL: cat /proc/cpuinfo shows "Unknown" CPU-Ver

Linux experts,

I notice that CPU-Ver comes back with "unknown", rather than v8.20a.  All other CPU information is shown.  That information should be available, but it seems OSL drivers aren't detecting it properly with the latest MicroBlaze version.

Thanks,

Matt.

Hey Matt,

There's a lookup table in cpuinfo.c that needs to be updated with the latest and greatest version numbers. Check out arch/microblaze/kernel/cpu/cpuinfo.c by way of arch/microblaze/include/asm/cpuinfo.h. Depending on whether or not you include the PVR, it might actually get set in cpuinfo-static.c based on the info from the DTS file.

Cheers,

Rob
