Petalinux 2016.3 USB not found

I have a problem with the USB Port of my carrier with an Xilinx zynq 7030 FPGA.

The USB 0 port is enabled in vivado and the drivers in Petalinux config too.

 

When I type in:

root@*******:~# lsusb

root@*******:~#

there is nothing

 

dmesg shows this output

I tried a lot to change the system-top device tree file, but no success.

How to fix this?
