QEMU does not create network interface (NIC)

I've  build QEMU (downloaded from Xilinx GIT, branches pub/2014.2.plnx and pub/2014.4.plnx).

The QEMU works and it can load Linux kernel (Linux zynq 3.19.0). But the QEMU does not create network interface, and there is warning appears:

Warning: requested NIC (anonymous, model cadence_gem) was not created (not supported by this machine?)

QEMU start command line is:

./qemu-system-arm \
-M arm-generic-fdt \
-nographic -smp 2 -machine linux=on -serial null -serial mon:stdio \
-dtb $DTB_DIR/devicetree.dtb \
-kernel $DIR/zImage \
-initrd $DIR/ramdisk.image \
-net nic,model=cadence_gem \
-net user \
-tftp ~/ \
-redir tcp:10023::23 \
-redir tcp:10080::80 \
-redir tcp:10022::22 \
-redir tcp:10021::21 \
-redir tcp:1234::1234

I've build the QEMU like this:

./configure --target-list="arm-softmmu,microblazeel-softmmu" --enable-fdt --disable-kvm
make

Also - when I use -M xilinx-zynq-a9 the QEMU can not load the kernel (it says "Unknown device 'xlnx.ps7-i2c' for default sysbus").

How I can create the network interface???
