I recently brought a WiLink 8 Adaptor for my microzed board. On this page,http://microzed.org/sites/default/files/documentations/QSC-AES-PMOD-WILI... and the software guide, there are instructions on how to install this driver on a yocto based image . But I am running xillinux OS. How do I install the drivers on this existing system on the OS instead of on the SD card boot partition?
On page 24 of this document and appendix C, they say to mount a FAT32 mount SD card and run this command, ./microzed-wilink8-ramdisk-SDcard.sh 7010 to copy files to FAT32 partition. But, I have already have xillnux running which already has a FAT32 partition and ext4 partition. So, now with files already on the FAT32 partition, can I run ./microzed-wilink8-ramdisk-SDcard.sh 7010 without affecting the xillinux files?

I don't know anything about Xillinux as a distribution. Typically people ask their distribution questions like this. I would probably look at the script contents to see what files it is writing, but it's likely the kernel modules for the driver such that there is no conflict with your existing filesystem.
