centos 7 on ZCU111

I'm really new to this whole area and I'm trying to basically get CENTOS 7 running on a ZCU 111 RFSoC and output the displayport with keyboard and mouse. is there an easy way to do that?

Failing that is there a way I can modify this to make Ubuuntu run on it?

Hi Chris

We dont support centos running on zynqMP. However we have the wiki that you are already referring to and this should act as a starting point for getting ubuntu up and running on zynqMP platforms

Is it technically possible to run Linux (Ubuntu) desktop GUI on the RFSOC (given that it does not comprise a graphics controller)?

If yes, what would be the steps for implementing this on ZCU111?

Getting it running command line is easy.  Pynq makes a version that runs Ubuntu via command line and that python notebook thing. The issue with getting gui regular Ubuntu working is that the display port is controlled via the FPGA. So you'd need to code that yourself or find someone who has done it.
