customer's board zc045, network works ok in u-boot ,but not in linux . can anyone help?

the board'network works well. ping and tftp are both ok. however , it doesnt work in linux. the message is below.

since it works well in u-boot, i deduce the hardware can work well.And i can catch the boardcast packet in wiredshark , so tx is ok.

the project is created by petalinux 2018.1 . boot info is in the attachment.

what 's matter with rx ?
did anyone meet the same problem? any help is appreciate.  thanks.

It seems network parameter issue.

Would you make sure default gateway setting and execute the following command to confirm arp table ?

 

$ arp -a
