external USB hub not detected on picozed SoM Z7030

Hi,

I am using a PIcozed FMC Carrier Card Gen2 with Picozed SoM Z7030 and Z7015 as well. Using Petalinux v2015.4 with hardware having only Zynq PS. I am going to design a custom carrier board with Microchip USB Hub USB2514. For testing, I am using the Picozed Carrier card with hub's evaluation board EVB USB2514 (will attach documents for this at the end).

I built the petalinux image using bsp and modified few rootfs config to add USB additions (like lsusb)

The hub gets detected when I use Z7015 SoM but when I use Z7030, it is not able to enumerate. I will add the console messages below

Same errors are coming when I connected a normal pendrive to Z7030 whereas it works fine with Z7015. The device is always in HOST mode. I have rechecked the kernel configs of both Z7015 and Z7030 and they are same. The device tree is also same for both device and as per the xilinx wiki (USB HOST section)

Can Anyone help in debugging this? I want to use Z7030 device. Any more input required from my side then let me know.
