having two UARTS on microzed

I am looking to enable two serial ports on my microzed board running xilliniux 1.3.  What is the procedure to do this using ISE or vivado ? I believe that the device tree code  needs to be modified to include the new UART.  Can anyone help on how to identify the device tree source file in ISE or vivado, so that I can modify that to include the additional UART code. How do i generate the new .dtb file for this using ISE and also the new boot.bin file (if needed ?).

For details on overview of open source Linux for Zynq-7000 AP SoC platform solution refer to the below Video.

For details on generating the DTB refer to the wiki link

I would recommend the steps listed in above wiki Device-tree and verify the entries in the dts files generated.
