hi,
I am trying to use the ML507 to port a linux kernel to ppc440.
first, i creat a EDK project .and it has a .bit file for download in hardware
In XPS,select Software->Generate Libraries and BSPs.
OS choose linux_2_6,and it creat a linux file in D:\fpga_embeded\test_uboot_1030\ppc440_0\libsrc\linux_2_6_v1_02_a.
second, i copy the dirctory to the linux-2.6.28 correspondingly.
but at once i begin configure the kernel, the Processor Suppout--> have no ML507 menu.
how can i add the meun into the kernel configure?
and futher problom:i ignore the wrong select in Porcessor and platform,and go on to the rest configure.
and
make clean
make ARCH=ppc
make
it has a lot of error.
have somebody can help me ?is there anyone know a correct method to port a linux kernel to the ML507,and can give me some suggestion or send me some materials?
