petalinux kernel shutdown because of uart ttyps1

I am  trying to boot my petalinux image and the kernel is shutting down after the following message. And I am using zcu102 board of Rev1.0 and  the CP2108 quad USB-UART is present on the ZCU102 board. It provides four level-shifted UART

connections through single micro-B USB connector J83. Channel 0 and 1 are PS-side MIO

connections described in the MIO section. Channel 2 is a PL-side connection and Channel 3

is connected to MSP430 system controller U41. But why is the kernel shutdown occurring?

ff000000 serial: ttyPS0 at MMIO 0xff000000 (irq = 220, base_baud = 6249999) is a xuartps
console [ttyPS0] enabled.

ff010000 serial: ttyPS1 at MMIO 0xff010000 (irq = 221, base_baud = 6249999) is a xuartps
Initialized
load() is defered & will be called again

PLL:shutdown
