Jump to solution

Hi There,

I'm working with ZC702 Evaluation Board and trying to get pthread working in Linux.

I've added -lpthread in project settings.

Also, I've enables libpthread in petalinux-config -c rootfs

@guillaumebres

Thanks you for your quick response.

I've solved the problem.

To solve this do following steps -

petalinux-config -c rootfs

and include [*] libstdc++ present under → Filesystem Packages → misc → gcc-runtime

Hope this will help anyone who encounted the same problem.

Thanks and Warm regards,

@lokesh_oepl,

the message tells you that your configuration for pthread did work. That is, the cross-compilation with '-pthread' worked and pthread lib is integrated into the system.
The problem seems to be the pthread lib requires the headers/dev files of your compilator be also integrated into the system, to work properly.

After selecting pthread-lib, you also need to check something like developement / header files in the compilator/tool section
