Error: Cannot stop microblaze

 Use Vivado 2018.3,  Create New Project, Family:Zynq-7000,Package:ffg676,Speed:-2,Part:xc7z035

1.Add IP:MicroBlaze and AXI Uartile,all parameters remain default,run Block Auto and Connection Auto, generate bitstream successfully.

2.Export hardware, launch XSDK, create Hello world Application from Template. The processor is microblaze_0(standalone).

3.My target board is turned on and connected to the host PC via the USB-JTAG port. 

4.Click the Program FPGA button. Program FPGA with hardware design. Set up the UART terminal.

5.Run the helloworld project as "launch on hardware(system debugger)

6.Error: Cannot stop microblaze; Microblaze is held in reset.

Also, if you are using a custom board (ie not a development board), then you would need to created the XDC file for your clocks and reset

Hi,

Just a quick question. Is your reset_rtl_0_0 signal active low? The Processor system reset block you have attached the above signal to expects and active low reset looking at the block and it isn't clear from your signal name if the incoming signal is active low or high.

One other thougt. Is the clocking wizard being held in reset and is therefore not locking. Does your reset_rtl_0 signal have the correct polarity? That may cause the same result.
