How to set UART1 as debug console for Zyqn XC7Z030?

Hi, All,

We designed one board based on Zyqn XC7Z030 and try to power on. The initial plan is creating a boot image without any OS to try. So the image just need include FSBL and u-boot. And we will burn this image to QSPI and boot after power on.

In the design, we designed to use UART1 as debug console for display. Here my question is where to set UART 1 as the debug console and where to set the parameter for this UART (baudrate, etc). Should I do in FSBL or u-boot? Or device tree is required?

This is our first time to power on and boot this board. I just want to create a test image and try to do some quick test as Zedboard or ZC706.

Any suggestion is welcome. Thanks,
