Is it possible to do the dynamic voltage scaling on the ZC702 board?

Hi,

 

I using ZC702 board now. I am aware it has 5 voltage regulators. 

 

Is it possible to do the dynamic voltage scaling on the ZC702 board?

It says in DS190 (Zynq-7000 All Programmable SoC Overview):

The PS can be run at a reduced clock rate down to 30 MHz using the internal PLLs. The clock rate can be changed dynamically. To change the clock dynamically, the user must unlock the system control register to access the PS clock control register or the clock generation control register.

After the boot process and when the user code executes, the bypass mode and output frequency of each PLL can be individually controlled by software.
