Use xsct mrd inside c source file

I have an application that I can flash on zcu102 using JTAG, which bascically reads camera data and stores in DRAM. While debugging through xsct, I can use the mrd command and read the DRAM memory and dump it into a bin file. Now I have created a bootable SD card with standalone OS (included main.elf, fsbl and pwufw) doing the same thing but once everything is up and running, I would like the application to di it itself. Is there a document which helps me with using commands like mrd inside my source files (main function in my case)?

For now, after I run the program using xsct, at the end of the file, I use mrd to transfer data from DRAM to disk file. I want this to be done as part of main call. How can I achieve this?

No you can’t use XSCT commands in SW.

 

however, you can just use xil_io.h api to read data
