Looking for AXI Ethernet Reference Design using MII interface (or xxMII interface)

Hi all,

as from subj, looking for AXI Ethernet Reference design using any of this interfaces: MII/GMII/RGMII

We looked at XAPP1082 that seems to be the only and last available refdesign, but it's only 1000BASE-X or SGMII so only transceiver-based interfaces.

We're looking for the non-transceiver (traditional) interfaces.
