Jump to solution

Hi. I'm using petalinux 2018.3, zc706 and zcu102 board. I successed petalinux-bulid, package, connected SDcard on board with UART.

But, network is not unreachable. I tried to ping command. But, the board's Ethernet does not work.

I don't know what the problem.

Hi.

I solved this problem.

< petalinux project directory path >/project-spec/meta-plnx-generated/recipes-core/init-ifupdown/files/interfaces

After static ip configuration, I removed the unnecessary "gateway" line from the above file.

After booting, ifconfig command outputs eth0's inet correctly.

Hi @karimia ,

Have you tried XAPP1305 ready to download images on ZCU102?

Does this work? I'd suggest to start with this exmaple desgin first.

Thank you for your reply.

In addition to the zcu102, the zc706 also fails the ping test after booting petalinux.

eth0 was checked before booting.

I upload zc706 boot log file.

Thank you.
