I am using Vivado 14.4. The core version is 5.0. The targeted device is Virtex 7 690T.

The example folder is missing.

With the same IP configuration and Vivado 2014.4 targeting the device V7 690T, I was able to generate the example design successfully.

Can you elaborate the problem that you are encountering?

Hi

The example design will not be generated by default with the core generation.

You need to select the xci->right click and open the Example design as shown below, have you tried this?
