I am using zedboard sdk 2018.3 how to send data from pc to zedboard through ethernet and zedboard to pc  through ethernet using wireshark

Use Ethernet IP based SDK example application which will do the data transfers.

The above docu should tell you how to do stuff. This is an old version. I don't know if a new exists.
