Kintex7 GTX filter circuit

Hi, experts

I used to design with Virtex4 and Virtex5, there were always a couple of inductors and capacitors to filter the power for Transceivers. Please refer to below.

However, in UG476, I didn't find any words advising adding this filter circuit. Instead, only several capacitors are needed.

a) Should I just follow UG476, is there any problem with it?

b) The overall power dissipation is not too high in my board, the current for 1.0V is about 6A. I am going to use a PSU (e.g. PTH08T240W) to power both Vccint and MGTAVCC. By this I mean I don't use two regulator to power Vccint and MGTAVCC seperately, Is it ok?

Transceiver filter circuits

Thanks.

Chris.
