Hi murali@1996 ,

In ISE tool,

the Impact uses different algorithm to calculate Checksum for Flash device and PROM checksum files are provided by PROMGen tool. That is the reason they both are not matched in ISE.

When it comes to Vivado, User generates cfgmem file and specifies -checksum write_cftmem option. This step creates
the .prm files that contain checksum information about the cfgmem output file.

Best Regards,
Srikanth
