Physical address in a SEM IP

Hello everyone.

I have a question about the report of SEM Ip Core.

I subjected my Artix 7 to a beam of neutrons and using SEM Ip Core I received this report

How can I know, based on PA and LA, where exactly the errors have occurred in my board (Block Ram's, Lut's locations etc.) ?

Is there a software to do this?

there is no software/script to know which fpga resources is injected with errors. 

If you are able to inject errors and detect/correct it, then the sem implementation in your design is working fine.

This should be ok to move ahead with your design
