Programming the NAND

Is there an approach to program the NAND Flash on a custom ZYNQ board without using the JTAG and SDK?

For example is it possible to program the NAND from SD-Card or by using UBoot?

Re: Programming the NAND

you have a processor,

once it has booted, you cna read and write the nand ,

for instance, boot off JTAG, and then copy SD card to NAND is quiet possible,

Re: Programming the NAND

Thanks @drjohnsmith

So I boot from SD-Card (running UBoot), then can I copy the SD-Card boot.bin file into the NAND flash?

Re: Programming the NAND

that would work, just code you have to write.. can you read / write the parts from uBoot, I'd have thought you would have to booted to Linux / your code, but that's up to you
