Speed Grade in Vivado Labtools

Hi,

Is there a way to check the speed grade of mounted FPGA on board in Vivado labtools? I can see the idcode, but it only captures, FPGA information. We have a heat sink on top of the FPGA and hence can't check the top marking.

Hi @raja1

Speed grade of FPGA device can be determined by checking device top marking only. There are no other ways to determine speed grade of FPGA from Vivado. No status registers as well. You can check for purchase order to get speed grade details of device.
