The board I drew with the XC7A100T chip encountered a problem of not being configured. Vivado prompts success, but it fails to work.
The status register is as follows
The flash is N25Q128A13ESF40.
I can't figure it out.

After you program the flash device, can you right click on the FPGA in Vivado and select "Boot from Configuration Memory Device" and then send the status registers again (similar to the image below)? You could also select "Refresh Device" before checking the status registers.
Do you have any multiboot setup in the design also?
