The ZCU102 Rev.1.1 latest does not boot using JTAG, however it works fine using SDCARD BOOT.BIN and we're using HDMI 1.4/2.0 IP example design. It is generated the bitstream image both Vivado 2019.2 and Vitis 2019.2. When it changed to boot mode SW6 ON, ON, ON, ON which are JTAG, it does not display anything on UART. If it uses the SDCARD BOOT.BIN w/ SW6 ON, OFF, OFF, OFF, it works fine as well as UART.
It is only generated the bit stream on ZCU102 new project w/ HDMI1.4/2.0 IP example design and it has no problem to built binary.
What's the problem on my build or setting?
Here's the build log and ZCU102 w/ SDCARD MODE vs ZCU102 w/ JTAG and this is urgent matter and please let me know and I'll very appreciate it.

Your ZCU102 might have the new DIMM DDR4 and you might face the issue mentioned in AR#71961.
Make sure you run the fsbl first even if in baremetal and using JTAG.
I have already requested the flow to launch the HDMI example design to be updated to use the FSBL before the application. This should be updated in the next doc update

Thank you for your quick response. When it made the FSDB.elf and download based on AR#72555 which is more accuracy for HDMI 1.4/2.0 TX/RX w/ ZCU102 Rev.1.1 new SODIMM, it had some messages on UART via JTAG. It was in progress better than previous build and will debug for more detail.
