Chip replacement

Hi,

I was wandering if you can help me, or maybe you know who can help me.
I have an acquisition board which uses a XC4010E Xilinx chip. The chip
is damaged (it has two holes on it!).  I need to buy the exactly same
chip in order to replace it. The labels of the chip are

XC4010E
PQ160CMM9921
A1081584A
4C

I know the meaning of XC4010E and PQ160C, but the rest is unknown for
me. Is enough to order the chip for its part number (XC4010E), package
(PQ), pins (160), and temperature specification (C) ? Do I really need
to know what the "4C" means? (I have seen chips with 2C or 3C).

Thank you for your time.

Re: Chip replacement

The top-side part markings are described here:
