Hello,
I want to use a FPGA in a high temperature enviroment at about 110°C. I know that there a XILINX FPGAs that
work at temperatures of 125°C but what I can't find is a flash device or a PROM to configure the FPGA that works
at this or evenhigher temperatures. It would be great if someone has a hint for me on how to solve this problem.
