Trying to Replace XC9572-10TQG100

IM looking to replace XC9572-10TQG100, i found part  #XC9572XL-10TQG100 but the supply voltage appears slightly different.

Im hoping that I can use XC9572XL-10TQG100 in my 5V application if possible.

can someone help shed some light on it?

No, you cannot. The datasheet (DS057) lists the absolute maximum Vcc as 4.0V. If you run it at 5V, you will have (a) a dead CPLD, and (b) some smoke.

Unfortunately your options are basically "find some old stock of XC9500s" or "redesign the board for 3.3V".
