Where to find board's DDR2 manufacturer?

Jump to solution

Hi,

I'm using Virtex 4 ML405 board and I need to know the DDR2 manufacturer and memory part number. Here

( http://www.datasheetarchive.com/ML405_UG210/Datasheet-082/DASF0051392.html ) it's written "...board contains SDRAM divided between Infineon HYB25D512160BT-5 compatible....", but in EDK 10.1 MPMC v4.03_a IP there is no such part number to choose from the list, so maybe someone knows or maybe can tell me where I could find ML405 DDR2 part number and manufacturer's name?

This info can be found in UG210 file. It's ML405 Evaluation platform user guide. So, according to this guide, the ML405 board contains 128 MB of DDR SDRAM divided between two Infineon HYB25D512160BT-5 devices.
