Can anyone tell me which Xilinx Software can be used to program XCR3256XL chip and what is the procedure to program it?

The "LabTools" link given in the forum, does not work.
All Platforms (TAR/GZIP - 1.01 GB)

But I downloaded the ISE 14.7 (above md5sum), and followed this link since I am using Windows 10 enterprise version.
I did the changes that are suggested in the above link.
I already have the ready made project which contains .vhf file, but I am not able to execute that .vhf file. So any suggestions on how to execute the .vhf file using ISE 14.7 Virtual Box ?

Here is the possible solution which I have figured,
1) Install Vm with windows 7 in it.
2) Download Lab Tools - 2012.4 Utilities MD5 SUM Value : 30af54bc5fa25aecea8d442e818b0fd5
3) Run .vhf file with this tool
My only purpose is to run the given .vhf file and check if its building up or not.
If I am not wrong, Xilinx Vivado is no longer compatible for programming the CPLDs.

I have the complete project and I was successful in compiling the schematic for Behavioural model by using Windows 7 and ISE project navigator. From the schematic, there is a .vhf which has been generated. Now, I just want a .jedec file, can you guide me in obtaining a .jedec file from the .vhf file ? So that I can put that .jedec file into cpld and check if the device is running or not?

An over view,
You have ISE windows 7, which is a great start.
You need to synthesis the project , and genertae programming file,
in the ISE gui it on the left,
Once you have a nice green tick against Sytnthsis , translate, fit and generate prog file,
then click on Configure target device,
IMPACT is the tool, you need.

I was able to get a .jed file from the vhf file.
Thank you for your guidance.
Is there a possibility that I can get a different .jed file as compared to the one that was generated before using the same vhf file?
I compared it using HexCmp2 software and there were some instances where the bits were changed.
