Starting from existing C++ code

Dear community,

I would like to do some experiments with the Virtex UltraScale+ product. My main interest is to port existing c++ algorithms for SLAM (Simultaneous localization and mapping) and deep learning (Tensorflow) on the Virtex.

How would you recommend me to proceed? Is there a way to shorten the dev-cycle with some kind of compiler/converter from c++ ?

Thank you very much

Re: Starting from existing C++ code

Hi @hanneswader,

You want to look at Vivado HLS (High Level Synthesis). You might want to start by reading UG998.

Or you might want to look at SDAccel on Amazon Web Services

Hope that helps,

Regards,

Florent
