[Drc 23-20] Rule violation (RTSTAT-2) Partially routed net

Hi All,

I am currently working a design for Virtex7-2000T, Vivado 2015.4, Ubuntu 16.04

During routing i get the following warning

Phase 9 Verifying routed nets

CRITICAL WARNING: [Route 35-162] 44750 signals failed to route due to routing congestion.

I changed the implementation strategy to SpreadLogic_medium, then to SpreadLogic_high

Still end up with a lot of signals failing to route.

Design Route Status
: # nets :
------------------------------------------- : ----------- :
# of logical nets.......................... : 206396 :
# of nets not needing routing.......... : 44038 :
# of internally routed nets........ : 36039 :

# of fully routed nets............. : 117608 :
# of nets with routing errors.......... : 44750 :
# of nets with resource conflicts.. : 44750 :

Kindly let me know how i can proceed with building my design.

Thanks & Regards,

Anup.
