Non-project mode Tcl optimization commands by implementation state

I'm looking for a Vivado documentation PDF I found some weeks back and can no longer locate despite searching for a few hours. This PDF contained a high-level breakdown of all the valid optimization commands available in non-project mode by which stage of the implementation you were in (post-synthesis, post-place, post-route). For instance, it showed in a simple table that power_opt_design was available both post-synthesis and post-placement. Does anyone happen to know which document number I'm remembering or be able to provide a link to it? I'm definitely not looking for UG835, the full listing of Tcl commands, this had more of an index of just the implementation-level commands showing at what point in the implementation they could be used.

While it's not exactly what I was remembering, UG904 seems to have close enough to accomplish the same goal. And it's also been a number of weeks so I may be misremembering the actual content too. Thanks for the help!
