how to limit routing by pblock?

I need to force all routing of one module or partition to use only one pblock

and save all routing outside the pblock to be clear.

You can set the CONTAIN_ROUTING property on the PBLOCK. When you place a module inside a PBLOCK with this set, all the internal routing for the module needs to stay within the confines of the PBLOCK.

Nope.

 

The command I sent you is a Vivado command. For V6 you have to use ISE. The equivalent of the PBLOCK mechanism in ISE is the AREA_GROUP, and while you have some control over the packing (GROUP=OPEN/CLOSED) and the placement (PLACE=OPEN/CLOSED), you do not have control over the routing.
