Re: Can't load and activate license in Vivado

Hi @sak110473,

What issue are you facing while setting up the licence? Please refer to AR#38293 to understand the process of setting up the node locked license.

Thanks,

Chinmay

Re: Can't load and activate license in Vivado

Hi @sak110473,

Can you please  attach your license file (Xilinx.lic) and xinfo (to generate xinfo: Open Vivado > run "report_environment -file xinfo.txt" from tcl console)?

regards,

Chinmay

Re: Can't load and activate license in Vivado

HI @sak110473,

Please share the xinfo.txt file that gets generated after executing the command report_environment -file xinfo.txt in Vivado TCL console.

Re: Can't load and activate license in Vivado

Hi @sak110473,

After opening Vivado, at the bottom, there will be a tab Tcl Console from that Tcl console tab execute the command report_environment -file xinfo.txt as shown in the below snippet.

env_chk.JPG

once the command gets executed successfully you can use the pwd command to check where the report has been generated.
