I tried download vivado and i got this mensage repedetly, I`ve search In google and the forum but I din´t find a real answer to this problem, I´m new In this community, please help

Looks like your Xilinx.com profile is currently blocked and is being screened by our export compliance team and is placed on hold and that is the reason why you are currently unable to generate a license or download Vivado.
I have contacted the Xilinx Global Compliance Team (GTC) to verify your profile and to get it unblocked, if all is OK with the profile. I will update you once this is done.
In the future, if you'd encounter the same problem, please contact Xilinx Customer Support (email@example.com) (see AR https://www.xilinx.com/support/answers/44043.html for more details) and they will work with GTC team to get this unblock for you then.

Were you able to download the required software this time or are you still seeing issues? Can you confirm on this please? Thanks in advance
