Device Locked Node-Locked License(ZCU102 evaluation kit)

Hi, I have bought a ZCU102 Evaluation Kit about a year ago. I ever successfully used the voucher code on the Quick Start guide to redeem the Device Locked Node-Locked License. But now my entitlement account in which the license appeared was deleted by Xilinx. So how could I redeem a new license, or how could I use  ZCU102 on Xilinx tools.

What message are you seeing when you try login in your account? 

I would suggest to create a service request: 

https://www.xilinx.com/support.html#serviceportal

 

Make sure you select Licensing--> Account Administration

In the xilinx license page (https://www.xilinx.com/getlicense ) If you have redemeed your license then you should see the license in manage license window:

I have seen the link you listed above, and there is a question remained.

I have redeemed my license on account named "ABA"(just for example), but now I could not sign in the account. I'm sure that I don't mistake the username, but it shows that there is no such username. Then I creat a new account, and sign in https://www.xilinx.com/getlicense, of course, I could not use the voucher code again.

So what should I do?
