Device-locked license for ZCU102

Jump to solution

Hi,

I have some doubts about the Node locked and device-locked license.

1. It is informed in the Zynq UltraScale+ MPSoC ZCU102 Evaluation Kit page that it accompanies the following license type: Node locked and device-locked to the XCZU7EV MPSoC FPGA, with one year of updates.

Although the ZCU102 is an EG board it is informed the type os license is for the EVs. Will I be able to use an EG device with an EV license?

2. Second, I already have one ZCU102 kit. Since this license is device-locked I want to know if I buy a new board with the same characteristics the one that I have the license could be used with the two boards.

Best regards,

Regina

(1) That's a mistake, it'll come with a license for the XCZU9EG.

(2) Yes, any other board with an XCZU9EG should be fine.
