Download form does not allow to select 'outside of the US or Canada' for the state field

A colleague tries to download the Vivado installer, and he runs into the issue that he must enter a US state or Canadian province, while he selected 'Belgium' as country. ...  The download refuses anything else like 'NA' (Not Applicable), he must enter a 2 character US / Canadian state ... 

now at the top it's is explicitly mentioned that the information must be accurate, so it's wrong to enter a US or Canadian state here ... -> please update the form so people from outside Canada/US can select 'outside of Canada or the US' in the state field, like most other websites do.

Hello @ronnywebers,

Please note that you must update you profile under "My Profile" rather than directly in the Download Center. At the Download Center, you should be Verifying your profile and not really Modifying it in the Download Center, as we have seen similar issues in the past.

You can follow the below steps in relation to updating your Xilinx.com profile:

Go to www.xilinx.com -> Sign In and sign in then.

Navigate to https://www.xilinx.com/myprofile/edit-profile.html

Under “Edit Profile”, you’ll be able to update your profile. Here it should then accept NA (Not Applicable) as an US state or Canadian province.

Once updated and saved, then ask your colleague to try downloading once again and this time, there shouldn't be any issues then.
