I am not able install Xilinx 13.1 in Windows 7/64bits

I have down loaded the version 13.1 and now registered  for evaluation license (One Month)  for the same. 

I am able to even start installation, it just runs a process dll.exe...for few seconds then goes blank..

what may be the problem?

Make sure your downloaded archive is complete and the extraction is intact.

yes, My extracted version of 13.1 is upto 3.88Gigabyte, I tried to install its previous version as well,

I took  12 version DVD from  my friend and tried to install it.but

In both the cases same thing is happening?

on installation files there is windows security symbol!!

can any one tell me what I can do with Xilinx 13.1 or with Windows 7 to make them compatible ..

13.1 is officially supported with Windows 7.Please confirm that the installer was untarred correctly. If untarring the file causes the hierarchy of the installer to be flattened or if no directories are seen in the installer, nothing happens. Confirm that the ".tar" file you downloaded is complete and untar the installer to confirm that you are not flattening the hierarchy of the installer.

I had troubles installing from a network drive (using VMware).  It wouldn't work until I copied over the installation directory to the hard drive.  So that's another thing to check.
