Issue with Flex 11.14.1

Hi guys, a few days ago I got really good help here regarding upgrading to Vivado 2017.3. It was explained to me that Flex needed to be updated to 11.14.1 in the server where the floating licenses are setup.

Unfortunately, we have been having trouble with running lmgrd from the "Floating Server Tools Linux (Flexv11.14.1.0)" that is available in the Xilinx downloads page.
When we run lmgrd we get "Permission Denied." and cannot go further with the installation. We tried running it on CentOS v5 and v6 but we got the same error. Any suggestions or recommendations would be appreciated.

@j0n

Can you try to run these executables with root /admin privileges?

Also make sure that the files re read-only as given here: https://www.xilinx.com/support/answers/69899.html

Thanks,
Nupur
