Problem getting license site Xilinx

I am trying to put the license code of my arty 7, however, the site says: "We're sorry but there is a problem with your account. Your user account has been designated as disabled. Please contact Customer Service."

Does anyone have support email? I just found phone contact.

Hello @joaolucas,

As stated in the message, you'd need to contact the Xilinx Customer Service team. 

You'd need to raise an Electronic Fulfillment SR with them (by logging in to https://www.xilinx.com/support.html#serviceportal -> LICENSING), asking them to re-activate your profile They will be able to fix this issue for you then.
