Reset password does not work

Hi,,

I forgot my password on the my professional account (mikaeltrigo ) and use the forget password link.

Unfortunately not matter how strong I set my new password I always get an error

Please correct the errors and send your information again.

An error occurred while processing your request. Please try again.

Anymore had this issues ?

Hello @mikaeltrigoprivate,

 

It looks like your previous account (with User id = mikaeltrigo) was deleted (normally this would happen if you haven't logged in to Xilinx.com for long time, over a year) and no longer exists. 

Therefore, please created a fresh Xilinx.com profile with the same User id = mikaeltrigo (if you like to keep it the same), email address, etc. and that way you can overcome this issue.

 

If further assistance is required, please let me know.

Hello kasery@hajs,

 

Can you please explain what is the issue you have? Are you not able to reset your password? 

When trying to Sign In to Xilinx, there an option (Forgot Password) that you can use to reset it. You'll be prompted to enter your email address (i.e. you must specify your email address that is currently under your Xilinx.com profile) and the link to reset your password will be sent to this email address then.

 

If you have any questions, please let me know.
